Shoot-Em Up with Fighting Game controls

-You are a tank on the ground, enemies attack from above.


Controls:

-WASD = movement & input to super moves

position your right index finger on J key and pinky finger on semicolon

-J and L - change angle of shot

-K super button

-semicolon - fire weapon


Super moves: WASD INPUT + K AFTER LIKE FIGHTING GAME

-A-D-A or D-A-D + Super move button

    Shoots a canon propelling the tank to the left or right

-Up-Down-Up + Super move button **UNFINISHED**

    Propells straight up with invincibility

-Down-Right-Up or Down-Left-Up + Super move button **UNFINISHED**

    Propells diagnally with invincibility

-Down-Up-Down + Super move button **UNFINISHED**

    Hides tank in ground while still able to shoot   


GUI:

-Your health is represented graphically by how many pixels are in the middle of the tank

-Score in the bottom left increments when you kill an enemy.


GAMEPLAY TIPS:

-You are invulnerable when using the super, so you can launch yourself into the bubble enemies and take no damage.

-You can spam the shoot button to get more shots per second.

-The bubbles give 1 point and the ship gives 5 points.


Movement:

Very slow movement, encouraging super moves

shooting moves the tank slightly in general **UNFINISHED**

Super Gauge: **UNFINISHED**

Have super gauge to prevent using super moves too often

Super gauge regenerates based off enemies you kill

I wanted to add a tutorial but didn't get to it.


About Me:

This is my second game jam and I did this all by myself. I did all the art and coding. I have lots of art/animation that I didn't get to use because I was trying to figure out my code, but the stuff I did implement I am proud of.
